This cookbook was comissioned by UVU’s
culinary arts program, and was a
collaborative project between their finest
student and faculty chefs and UVU’s
photography and graphic design students
and faculty. I was asked to be the design
lead for this book, and contributed the
layout, folios, type styles, and hierarchy.
I strove to reflect the culinary program’s
world-class and award-winning reputation
with elegance and formality.
